FAYETTEVILLE One Story, Many Media

Dance, opera companies create unique performance

Parsons Dance Company and members of East Village Opera Company are fused together in “Remember Me,” a full-length contemporary dance piece choreographed and directed by David Parsons. “Remeber Me” will be at the Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville on Jan. 21.

Sometimes when people go to a dance performance — especially modern dance — they can find it difficult to follow whatever theme or plot the choreographer was trying to convey. The narrative piece “Remember Me” promises to be more accessible.
