ROGERS — Brian Driscoll, technical assistance coordinator for the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program, will make a presentation on financial incentives for rehabilitation of historic buildings at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Council Chambers at City Hall, 301 W. Chestnut St.
Driscoll will discuss the 20 percent federal tax credit for rehabilitation of historic income-producing properties; the 25 percent state tax credit for rehabilitation of historic properties in Arkansas; and the state’s preservation grant programs. The free presentation is open to the public.
