This delicious, super-creamy Mushroom Risotto is made with Arborio rice, sliced mushrooms, chicken broth and lots of stirring.

Risotto may have a reputation for being very labor- and time-intensive to make, but this recipe really isn’t that bad. The only skills needed are a little slicing and a durable stirring arm.
