FAYETTEVILLE — The Orchid Society of the Ozarks and the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks will hold their first Orchids in the Garden show March 4-6.
The show will feature hundreds of orchid flowers artistically arranged into exhibits. The show will also include educational exhibits and several 30-minute educational classes on orchids and orchid growing.
The show and plant sale will open to the general public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 6. Admission is free with garden admission or $5 adults, $2.50 for children 5-13 and children 5 and younger free.
The event will include an exclusive cocktail party from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday. Attendees will have the first opportunity to see the orchid show and also have first selection of the orchid plants offered for sale. Cost for the cocktail party is $20.
