— FOOTBALL Razorbacks RSVP deadline looming

Arkansas has set a hard deadline of Tuesday for Razorback Foundation members to sign their letter of intent and make their pledges to retain their current seats for the 2011 football season.

The increased-rate pledges are part of the Razorback Seat Value Plan (RSVP) launched last fall.

The letter of intent and pledge card must be completed, signed and sent to the Razorback Foundation with a postmark dated no later than March 1 to be valid.

In a release this week, athletic department officials said the hard deadline is due to the large volume of orders and the time needed to process the new seating priority system. The university used to allow an extended grace period to renew season tickets pledges.

Razorback Foundation members who need to obtain a duplicate letter of intent or pledge card may contact the RSVP office at 1-800-982-HOGS (4647). For more information on RSVP fans may also visit AnswertheHogCall.com.
