James Douglas Whisenhunt, 45, of 4 Stickney Lane, was arrested Saturday in connection with felony first-degree battery, second-degree battery, misdemeanor second-degree assault, first-offense driving while intoxicated, driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, reckless driving and resisting arrest. Whisenhunt was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

Ryan Walter Taylor, 37, of 9880 Monte Ne Stage Coach in Rogers, was arrested Saturday in connection with parole violation, misdemeanor fleeing and misdemeanor violation of a protection order. Taylor was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Decatur

James Irvin Taylor, 49, of 1219 S. Colcord Ave., in Colcord, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with misdemeanor failure to appear. Taylor has out-of-state-counts for three counts of assault and battery with intent to kill and two counts of kidnapping dating back to Sept. 23. Taylor was being held Sunday on a $1,790 bond for the failure to appear count and no bond set for the others.

Fayetteville

Kourtney McQuay, 21, of 401 W. 24th St., was arrested Sunday in connection with felony residential burglary and misdemeanor third-degree battery. McQuay was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,035 bond on the misdemeanor count and a bond hearing set for Wednesday for the felony count.

Jami Sipler, 18, of 401 Grandview Court, was arrested Sunday in connection with felony residential burglary and misdemeanor third-degree battery. Sipler was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,035 bond on the misdemeanor count and a bond hearing set for Wednesday on the felony count.

Highfill

Melody Dawn Huffman, 19, of 13825 Cowan Road in Gentry, was arrested Sunday in connection with felony fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and theft of property. Huffman was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Johnson

Eric Moran, 39, of 401 N. Kansas St., was arrested Saturday in connection with second-degree sexual assault and kidnapping. Moran was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Lowell

Amy Winters, 33, of 3475 Tanglewood Drive in Springdale, was arrested Saturday in connection with second-degree forgery. Winters was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

Amy Winters, 33, of 108 Washington St., in Lowell, was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated-drugs and violation of the implied consent law. Winters was released Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

Trena Templeton, 47, of 315 Ewalt Ave., in Springdale, was arrested Saturday in connection with felony contempt of court. Templeton was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
