"Improper payments", indeed. I think the word that most of us would use is "bribes."

Another good ol' down-home American company who takes their business to a 3rd world country and doesn't give a rat's rear end about the health of the good ol' American citizens who'll be eating "improperly inspected chicken." Ain't the profit motive grand?

Take heart, Little People: there is something *you* can do about this one. Boycott Tyson chicken. Period. Buy another brand. And if you eat out, ask the restaurant staff where they get their chicken; if it's Tyson, don't buy the chicken dishes. We *do* have the power to impact this "improper decision" on the part of Tyson.
