FILLING A GAP: Facility Assists Women Aging Out Of Foster Care

The house-building activity is part of Saving Grace’s Weekend Warrior program that has volunteers work with the residents on a project or craft during the weekend.

Krista enters the kitchen early in the evening, blond hair a little in her face, shoulders down and inward, as though she is trying to disappear. The 20-year-old is less than 5 feet tall and weighs no more than 100 pounds.
