Knicks following Big Three model

With the acquisition of center Tyson Chandler (center) and the returns of Amar’e Stoudemire (left) and Carmelo Anthony, the New York Knicks have formed their own version of the “Big Three” to challenge the Boston Celtics in the Atlantic Division.

The last time they set a sneakered foot on the Madison Square Garden floor, the New York Knicks were swept out of the first round of last season’s playoffs by the Boston Celtics.
