Springdale Looking For More Efficiency

Getting a building permit for commercial property has been a chore for developers in Springdale, but the city is trying to make it easier.

At A Glance

Commercial Permit

The commercial building permit checklist created by the Springdale Buildings Department will include:

• Three complete sets of building plans

• State plumbing approval

• Emergency calculations

• General contractor must have state contractors license and business license from any town in Arkansas

• Completed application for building permit.
