County Planners Hear Plant Expansion Request

County planners took a preliminary look Wednesday at a proposal to add to the loading dock at the Allens Canning Company’s Reading Road plant in Siloam Springs.

Planning Board
The Benton County Planning Board met Wednesday and approved:
• A variance to setback requirements for Donaldo Hernandez for property at 8001 Byers Road in Centerton.
• A large scale development plan for an auto restoration business submitted by Mark Weidler for 14745 Smith Ridge Road in Avoca.
• A parcel recombination for 22041 Arkansas 12 in Gentry.
• A variance to setback requirements from Karen Pitcock for 8030 Cedar Lane in Rogers.
