I'm not impressed at all with Brian Vernetti as a City of Bella Vista attorney. He will absolutely NOT get my support for District Judge !!
He contracted the City of Bella Vista street maintenance over to the Bella Vista Village POA for years WITHOUT a competitive bidding process; he just handed the money over to the POA !.-- He was NOT a good steward of our taxpayer money in Bella Vista, Arkansas!
Also, the Bella Vista Village POA was found found in violation of state law for performing street maintenance for the City of Bella Vista for years without a contractors license or bonding-- Great job Brian Vernetti for looking out for the taxpayers of the City of Bella Vista! -- NOT!
And does not Copper Communities and the last name of Vernetti have something in common?
