STUDENTS MEET CHALLENGE OF OUTDOOR CLASSROOM

Jensi Chumaja shows her doubts about scaling a cliff during a rock-climing exercise on a Rogers High School outdoor education class field trip. The RHS junior climbed the sheer rock wall with ease. “I don’t think I’m scared of heights anymore,” she said.

Gleeful shrieks coming from a gaggle of teenagers rappelling from cliffs at Lincoln Lake meant they were having A-plus fun on this day in their high school lives.
