ROGERS CITY COUNCIL: Aldermen Approve Budget
SALES TAX REVENUE PROJECTED TO INCREASE BY $655,000 IN 2012

Aldermen approved the $35.4 million 2012 budget Tuesday with a projected carryover of $237,063.
AT A GLANCE
Rogers City Council
On Tuesday, the council:
• Approved spending $15,000 for building, grounds, equipment and vehicle maintenance at the recycling center.
• Approved spending $19,948 for roof repair at Fire Station No. 4.
• Approved an agreement with Lowell and the Rogers School District for construction of a road near the new Mount Hebron Elementary School.
• Spent $124,000 from ICE forfeiture money to buy 90 Bushmaster carbine rifles for the Police Department.
• Rezoned 208 E. North St. and 1005 and 1009 N. Arkansas St. from residential duplex patio to light industrial.
