BENTONVILLE A Siloam Springs man was sentenced to eight years in prison after admitting he sexually assaulted a woman.
Jim Ray Anderson, 49, pleaded guilty Monday to sexual assault in the second degree, a Class B felony. Anderson’s plea was under an agreement Public Defender Janette McKinney reached with Deputy Prosecutor David Reading.
Anderson was arrested Jan. 6.
His arrest stems from a complaint a woman filed with the Siloam Springs Police Department.
