Thank you, Margarita Solorzano, for your sensible comments and efforts to de-escalate.

I've read about this nightclub, the number of arrests, etc. The type of behavior that has resulted in the need for police intervention is not atypical of an alcohol establishment that either somehow *values* the rough-and-tumble crowd, or doesn't care, as long as they make their money off of them. Such clubs exist, regardless of ethnic background. I suspect that in the location of this particular club, the community residents do *not* value this kind of atmosphere. It's incongruent with the very local community values.

This club nets about a million dollars a year, it was said in a previous article. If I were the nightclub owner, I'd rather clean up my act, and the behavior of my patrons while at my establishment, than risk losing the income. Isn't that a more sensible and community friendly approach than an attempt to label the closure "ethnic discrimination"? Just do the right thing for the community and no one will try to close your business. Other such businesses have been closed due to patron behavior and the failure of the business owners to correct the problem. This is not a discrimination issue. To call it that is to polorize the community in a desperate grab to hold onto the million dollar business doing what you could have done long ago to eliminate the problems. The business owners have no one to blame but themselves.
