DIXIE-SOUTHERN MOVES INTO FORMER SHILOH LOCATION

An idle Springdale factory has a new lease on life. Dixie-Southern, a custom steel fabrication company based in Bradenton, Fla., is open for business at the former home of Shiloh Steel Fabricators. The 50,000-square-foot building at 200 E. Arkansas 264 has been empty since March.
