Apricot-Gorgonzola Appetizers are an interesting mix of contrasting flavors.
This appetizer is an interesting one. A combination of buttery Crescent Roll dough, sweet apricot preserves, salty-tart Gorgonzola cheese, crunchy pecans and a hint of black pepper, it’s an intriguing snack with a lot going on.
