Corps policy is flawed, say 2 men below Beaver Dam

A building on the property of Jan and Sandra Turley on Benton County Road 1071 near Eureka Springs is nearly submerged Tuesday after the White River floodgates at nearby Beaver Lake Dam were opened.
The dramatic surge of rainfall runoff Monday and Tuesday into Beaver Lake caused the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to open spillway gates wider, flooding a couple’s home along the White River.
