RECIPES USE LEFTOVER FEAST FAVORITES

When the Easter feast is finished, remake the leftovers into new and different dishes. Extra hard-boiled eggs can become an Egg Curry, foreground, and ham and au gratin potatoes can combine for a variant Cottage Pie.
The table is set with a perfect Easter ham, creamy au gratin potatoes, bright asparagus, steaming casseroles, deviled eggs, salads and baskets of hot rolls.
