Early Findings Show POA Needed License
STATE BOARD SAYS GROUP REQUIRED PERMIT TO PERFORM ROAD WORK

The Bella Vista Property Owners Association should have obtained a license before it performed road maintenance in 2010, according to the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board.
