Wishing we had a shutdown. We need a dramatic change in our course. A mere 1% reduction in spending is a joke! We have increased federal spending by $850 billion over the last TWO years. This with a federal income of only $2.6 trillion is psycho! We need political willpower to dramatically change the financial landscape in Washington. I am for a dramatic change in our spending. Going back to 2008 level spending is only part of the answer.
