Area chefs take on ‘Chopped’ challenge

Bill Lyle, executive chef at Ella’s Restaurant in Fayetteville, won “Chopped in the Ozarks” last year and will be returning to serve as a judge at this year’s event on Monday night.

When life gives you lemons... incorporate them into a citrus coulis to finish your grilled cow liver over gherkin slaw with gummy bear salsa.

FAYETTEVILLE Scoring The School
