Albert Lehman, 80, who has fished in Lake Sequoyah for nearly 70 years, discusses the poor condition of the docks Wednesday near his boat at the lake. Fayetteville plans to replace the ailing docks, but Lehman and many other residents may be forced to sell their boats in the face of an increase in fees associated with renting space in the planned new dock.
The deteriorating condition of boat docks at Lake Sequoyah have park officials planning to remove them and weighing whether they will be replaced.

How many estimates for these new docks did you get? The proposed rent is too much for what is offered. If 2 can be saved and one torn down then move everybody into the 2 repaired docks after they are fixed up and increase the rent some but not so drastically.
