Animal Shelter Busiest In Area

County Officials Look To Build Facility

The steady stream of pets coming into the Fayetteville Animal Shelter from areas across Washington County makes it the busiest shelter in Northwest Arkansas. Many animals are adopted or claimed, but hundreds are euthanized every year.
