Timothy Earl Boston, 45, of 1714 Monte Ne Road in Rogers, was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony failure to appear. Boston was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
Rodolfo Ramirez-Olayo, 36, of 1938 S. 11th Place in Rogers, was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony failure to appear. Ramierz-Olayo was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
Bentonville
Bryon Keith Blackmon, 19, 3207 S.E. Second St., was arrested Tuesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor contempt. Blackmon was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail on a $250 bond on the misdemeanor count and no bond set for the felony counts.
Michael Loren Nightengale, 22, of 818 S. College Ave., in Fayetteville, was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of a felony drug violation.

Ysidro Frank Ruiz, 41, of 3385 John Davis Lane in Bethel Heights, was arrested Wednesday in connection with parole violation. Ruiz was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Caitlin Fincher, 21, of 37 Village Road in Rogers, was arrested Wednesday in connection with parole violation. Fincher was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Officials with the Northeast Benton County ambulance service on Tuesday transported one person to Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville after a motorcycle wreck on U.S. 62, five miles west of the Benton and Carroll county line.
