FAYETTEVILLE — The Arkansas Alumni Association and the Student Alumni Association will hold the 2010 University of Arkansas Homecoming Parade at 7 p.m. Friday.
The parade will start on Dickson Street at Highland Avenue, which is between Central United Methodist Church and First Baptist Church. The parade will go down Dickson Street until it reaches the Chi Omega Greek Theatre. The homecoming pep rally is scheduled for 8 p.m. at the theater.
Officials anticipate 35 to 40 organizations will participate in the parade, including about a dozen community groups.
The parade will be broadcast live by UATV at http://www.uatvonline.net.
The homecoming football game will pit the Razorbacks against the Commodores of Vanderbilt University at 6 p.m. Saturday.
