LITTLE ROCK — Two teenagers were killed in a single-vehicle accident in Paragould after striking a concrete culvert, according to an Arkansas State Police fatal-crash report.
Shortly before 3:30 a.m. Saturday, a 2001 GMC Yukon driven by Bradley Sims, 19, with passenger Dillion Street, both of Paragould, was traveling west at 1304 Bard Road, when the vehicle left the road and hit a concrete culvert, the report said. Sims and Street were pronounced dead at the scene, the report said.
