NORTHWEST ARKANSAS — Army National Guard Pfc. Christopher J. Minard graduated from the multiple launch rocket system operations/fire direction specialist advanced individual training course at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla. Minard is the son of Buddy and Tammy Minard of Rogers.

Army Cadet Megan F. Anthony is a participant in the Army ROTC Cultural Immersion Program.
The two-to-four week program gives cadets the opportunity to travel to non-English speaking countries overseas.
She is the daughter of Don A. and Debby G. Marsh of Huntsville.
