Benton County Sheriff’s Office

• Curtis Allen Severn, 48, 9438 Browning Road, Gentry, was arrested Thursday in connection with theft by receiving.

• Felicia Roxie Haney, 24, 13978 Elkhorn Road, Garfield, was arrested Friday in connection with hindering apprehension or prosecution. Haney was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Richard Benjamin Bay, 710 N.W. 10th St., Bentonville, was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Bay was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Nicholas Charles Spinosa, 30, 501 E. Centerton Blvd., Centerton, was arrested Friday in connection with felony parole violation and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and driving while license suspended, canceled or revoked. Spinosa was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Rogers

• Jose Antonio Ramirez-Mendoza, 25, 706 E. Mimosa Place, was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor obstructing governmental operations, failure to appear and driving while license suspended, canceled or revoked. Ramirez-Mendoza was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• John Franklin Bittick, 29, 3809 W. Lupine Drive, Rogers, was arrested Thursday in connection with parole violation. Bittick was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Earl W. Calico, 54, 1201 Watson Ave., Springdale, was arrested Friday in connection with felony terroristic threatening. Calico remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday awaiting a bond hearing.

• Shawn Lochner, 24, 604 Pamela St. No. 8 Tahlequah, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with felony commercial burglary and misdemeanor theft of property. Police arrested Lochner inside Second Chance Store, 3865 S. Old Missouri Road, after finding an open door at the business. Lochner remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday awaiting a bond hearing.

• Muriel Hockenberry, 63, of 383 N. Railroad St. in Winslow was arrested Thursday in connection with felony terroristic threatening. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.

• An employee of American Pellet Milling Service, 1001 Shaver St., reported Friday the theft of scrap metal.

• Karen Byer reported Friday the breaking and entry of a 1998 red Ford Focus in the parking lot of Rockline Industries, 1583 E. Mountain.

• Matt Powers reported Thursday a burglary at 612 Locomotive No. 102.
