Washington County officials are considering a change in the definition of pets to expand the ability of animal control officers to pick up dogs under the vicious animal ordinance.

Butch Pond may act offended that someone chuckled, but until you show me a single time that livestock has ever been threatened with confiscation as "vicious" I'll reserve judgment.
