Shooting off Roman candles, “artillery shells” and other aerial fireworks could be allowed in Fayetteville this Fourth of July.
THE PROPOSAL
When Fireworks Can Be Used
July 1, 2 and 3: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
July Fourth: 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
