WITH HONORS

The Rev. Tommy Hinson is presented an honorary doctorate of divinity and doctoral hood by Jerol Swaim, president of Williams Baptist College during the college’s commencement exercises on May 8. Hinson, of Rogers, has served 63 years in the ministry, most of it in Arkansas.
