Benton County Sheriff’s Office
• Terry Lee Wallace, 36, of 1 Wroat Circle in Bella Vista was arrested Thursday in connection with felony failure to appear. Wallace was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Sheila Kay Thomas, 47, of 13012 Bettman Circle in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with criminal attempt, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Thomas was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Carl Gilbert Thomas, 54, of 13012 Bettman School in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Thomas was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Suzanna Marie Harvey, 45, of 926 N. 16th St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Harvey was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Vilayvahn Cox-Mousom, 29, of 214 E. Ella in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of property. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
• Kenneth Gant, 21, of 2867 Gordon Long Drive, Apt. 1, in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony residential burglary. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
• Tina Smith, 38, of 820 Woodridge Drive in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation/suspended sentence. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
• Janine Willis, 27, of 1223 N. Heritage Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony fraudulent use of a credit card and parole violation. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
Rogers
• Michael Joseph Freeman, 48, 403 N. Sixth St., was arrested Friday in connection with parole violation. Freeman was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
• Frank James Mitchell, 33, 2124 W. Central Ave. was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance, distribution near certain facilities and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Mitchell was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $40,000 bond.

• Susan Drummond-Pearson, 36, of 201 N. West Ave. in Lincoln was arrested Friday in connection with felony theft by receiving. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
