Formal Charges Filed Against Bisbee

Prosecuting Attorney Van Stone filed charges Friday against County Judge Dave Bisbee. The charges allege Bisbee committed five misdemeanors in December when he hired his company, Valley Homes, to perform remodeling work paid for by Benton County.

I am so glad they are going to trial and a jury trial at that. Now that cat is out of the bag and everybody gets to be involved and questions to all get to be asked. And I wonder if any of the charges got dropped. That is usually what happens. They go for the juglar and hope something will stick enough and then they back off just to make front page news and try to ruin his re-election.
