Pryor, Halter at odds over bill
‘Card check’ act a campaign issue

U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor said Wednesday that the Employee Free Choice Act is not “off the table” as far as he knows, a view at odds with those of senatorial candidate Bill Halter, who did not budge from his position when his campaign was told of Pryor’s remark.
