Springdale Band Prepares For D.C.

TRIENNIAL TRIP TRADITION STILL ON DESPITE SLUMPING ECONOMY

Russell Robinson, band director at Springdale High School, conducts the band as they get a first look at some music Wednesday at the school. The marching band, which all the members of this band are a part of, is trying to raise money to participate in a parade this summer in Washington D.C.

Springdale High School Band members are holding onto a tradition despite the national recession.
