Manual recount rejected in Iraq

No justification, vote chief says

Iraq’s electoral commission Sunday rejected demands from Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and President Jalal Talabani for a manual recount of ballots, saying there was no justification for further delaying results of the March 7 parliamentary polls.
