‘ONE ENCHANTED EVENING’ Chapter Ball Features Debutantes

Amahni Howell, from left, Lauren Potts, Rachael Taylor and Melanie Monts were among the debutantes honored March 13 at the second biennial Debutante Ball, hosted by the Phi Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

Eight young women were presented as 2010 debutantes during the Phi Alpha Omega biennial Debutante Ball on March 13. Phi Alpha Omega is a chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, the first African-American interest sorority founded in the United States.
