Connie Williams stands for a portrait in the halls of Springdale High School on March 1. Williams has been a guidance counselor for 38 years.
Connie Williams has been taking care of people all her life. As director of the guidance program at Springdale High School, she coordinates services for close to 2,000 students. She manages to bring a personal touch to many, impacting lives with her bright smile and upbeat attitude.
