Down to the wire, Berry plays vote close to vest

WASHINGTON - For Arkansas’ U.S. House members, the process to overhaul health care that’s been a year in the making - from townhall meetings to Blue Dog negotiations to presidential telephone calls - will culminate in a final up-or-down vote today.

Three of those Arkansans know which ballot they will cast - 2nd District Democratic Rep. Vic Snyder plans to vote yes, while fellow 4th District Democratic Rep. Mike Ross plans to vote no, along with 3rd DistrictRepublican Rep. John Boozman.
