New Tax Off ce Opens In Fayetteville Northwest Tax and Accounting opened in early January at 2699 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Fayetteville. Owner Tony Talley said the business has about 600 square feet, where he and a part-time certified public accountant work. The firm prepares tax returns, does payroll for businesses and general bookkeeping. Talley said he invested about $3,000 to open the business, including making minor repairs to the building and painting. He moved furnishings from a former home-based office.
