PUBLIC VIEWPOINT Springdale Pet Owners, Take Note

Springdale City Council is trying to mandate that all dogs and cats be microchipped. It will cost you $10 to $15 per dog for the chip, then $15 to $17.50 per year in maintenance fees. Not all microchip companies charge yearly fees.
