NORTHWEST HEALTH SYSTEM - Pedestrians walk to and from the main entrance Friday of the Northwest Medical Center- Springdale. The Northwest Health System chief executive officer Doug Arnold and chief financial officer Eddie Klein resigned Thursday effective immediately.

Northwest Health System Chief Executive Officer Doug Arnold and Chief Financial Officer Eddie Klein resigned effective immediately Thursday, a hospital spokeswoman said, a week after announcing an $8 million expansion of the Springdale hospital.
