NORTHWEST HEALTH SYSTEM - Pedestrians walk to and from the main entrance Friday of the Northwest Medical Center- Springdale. The Northwest Health System chief executive officer Doug Arnold and chief financial officer Eddie Klein resigned Thursday effective immediately.

Two top executives of Northwest Health System of Springdale, Chief Executive Officer Doug Arnold and Chief Financial Officer Eddie Klein, resigned Thursday effective immediately, the company said.
