Judge: Convict can join lawsuit

OK allows for execution stay

Death-row inmate Don W. Davis of Houston, who faces death by lethal injection in less than a month, may intervene in a federal lawsuit challenging changes made to Arkansas’ execution law last year, a judge said Wednesday.
