BOTH SIDES WIN: Parsons Can View Files
JUDGE DENIES ACCESS TO EMPLOYEE CONTRACTS

Jim Parsons will be able to view documents related to the voting status of a Bella Vista Property Owners Association member, but will not be able to view the contracts of two association employees, according to a ruling by Circuit Judge John Scott.
