Fast-food version is just a shell of what tacos can become in your kitchen

Tacos as many Americans know them are not authentic Mexican food. That’s not to say a crunchy corn tortilla filled with spiced ground beef, shredded iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes and grated cheddar cheese isn’t tasty. But tacos can be so much more.
