Six years with four suspended and will likely be out in a year after negligently taking the lives of three innocent children. That is a travesty. We have all seen citizens get much harsher punishments for lesser crimes. The prosecutor and the judge should be ashamed.

sometimes mens rea is a total sham especially when the clarity of the moments of sober-mindedness make it clear how quick to clumsiness we are when otherwise. The lost lives of these boys are worth a lot more than the cheap prison sentence that was imposed and that becomes itself as a kangaroo court's de facto sanctioning of the acceptability of Jerry Springer's entertainment brands of dysfunction.
Everyone should question the motives that have brought about this judgment. Any person(s) or decision (s) de-emphasizing the community's inherent responsibility to demand value adding qualities from all who become parents, teachers, and civic leaders sows menace and stinks of the corrupting influence of manipulators who quest easy roads to power atop those they made to be blindsided.
