Agent: Washington needs time to heal

The agent for Michael Washington said Arkansas’ 6-9 forward needs rest to heal his injuries before beginning training for the NBA predraft camp and other workouts. Charles Briscoe of BP Sports Management of Atlanta, whose agency announced the signing of Washington on Monday, said Washington played through pain more than he let on during the 2009-2010 season.
